I started with the speaker packs. I saw very little result. Then dynamat said, well you really need to do the whole door, so I did. $400 later, I still have as much road noise as before and I covered my entire door frame on all 4 doors.

Don't buy in to the hype. I know it sounds good, but the people who got results are just idiots who believe everything the are told. "Miller lite is good beer, isn't it Johnny? See the pretty women on TV, you'll get them too if you drink Miller Lite." "Duh... Yes... lite beer is good.."

I read articles on the web about this product and they were positive. So I decided to try it on the '96 Pontiac Grand AM. I took the driver door panel apart and had my mechanic install the sheet. You need to cut through the door holds and grooves. Wear mechanic gloves to do this as the edges are sharp. The sheets stick pretty good once you peel the backing paper. I used one sheet. After I closed everything up I noticed that when I close the door it sounds different. The hollow sound was gone. As far as noise when driving it feels I don't hear much through my driver door anymore. I am going to do all the other doors but need to order window regulators first. Make sure you are not going to open the door panels in the near future. I may do the floor once I order a new carpet.
